Organic ingredients
1 1/2 dl virgin olive oil
1/2 dl optional vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon
2 tbsp tamari or gluten free soy
Lemon zest
A lot of fresh grated ginger
A bunch of garlic cloves, grated
Fresh chopped chilli / or dried
Freestyle with dried spices you like, I love paprika powder, chiliflakes, dried herbs and lemon grass
A lot of optional fresh herbs, example; thyme, thai basil, rosemary, lemon verbena, lemon grass
Some agave syrup for extra sweetness, skip if you want
Salt and pepper
How To ?
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Taste and have more of anything if you feel it's needed! Mix the marinade with the vegetables and let stand for an hour or longer before grilling. It will be really yummy, I promise
