Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
* 4 tablespoons spelt semolina
* 200 ml almond milk
* 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
* 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
* a pinch of bourbon vanilla
* 1/2 a really ripe banana or use any other sweetener of your choice
2# Instructions
I : Simply put all of the ingredients into a small cooking pot and cook on medium to low heat. Don't forget to stir constantly as semolina tends to soak up the liquid quite fast!
II : Once it has reached your desired consistency, pour it into a glass/jar/bowl and serve with whatever your heart desires! Enjoy!
