-150 grams of red (frozen) fruit (berries, strawberries...)
-2 tbsp plant based sirup
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-150 grams dark chocolate
-1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
-6 tsp peanut butter: one tsp for each chocolate
*Extra utilities:
-6 muffin paper cups

Start by making the jam: put the berries in a cooking-pot together with the lemon juice and maple sirup.
Heat (low to medium) until bubbles appear. Add chia seeds.
Keep heating for about 5 to 10 more minutes until it starts thickening. Make sure it doesn't burn!

Melt the chocolate and add the tbsp of coconut oil. Mix well. Put a tbsp of the melted chocolate in each paper cup and put them in the muffin tray. Put it in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.

Add 1 tsp of peanut butter and 1 tsp of jam to each cup. Cover with the rest of the melted chocolate and put the tray in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened. The chocolates are now ready.
