[ Recipes ] Fluffy healthy Pancakes




Recipe : 

60 g red lentil flour 
25 g oat flour
15 g buckwheat flour
½ tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon
10 g vanilla or chocolate protein powder (optional)
½ big mashed banana
plant-milk or water

How to:


Mix together red lentil flour, oat flour, buckwheat flour, chia seeds, baking powder, protein powder and cinnamon. If not using protein powder, use some other sweetener such as sugar, date syrup, agave nectar etc. Then add the mashed banana and as much plant-based milk or water as you need until you have a thick pancake batter. i always use half oat milk, half water (sometimes even just water!), this is totally up to you. allow to sit the batter for around 5 minutes and preheat a pan on medium heat and bake the pancakes until they get fluffy and brownish from the outside Creamy Chocolate protein Sauce

10 g vegan chocolate protein powder
1 small teaspoon cacao powder
1 small teaspoon all natural nut butter of choice
plantmilk

How to:

Mix the protein powder with the cacao powder and add the nut butter + plant-milk (i use almond milk or oat milk). add as much plant-based milk as you want your sauce to be thick. you may have to stir a lot because of the powder but it definitely will be worth it!

side note: if your protein powder isn’t sweet enough add some sweetener like agave nectar or maple syrup
